FAQ
DO YOU REQUIRE DEPOSIT TO SECURE BOOKING ?
Yes, I do require all client to deposit $50 to secure your spot. You can etransfer through my email "lashesbymay2105@gmail.com". When you finish etransfer, please let me know so I can confirm back
WHAT IS YOUR REFILL POLICY ?
To be eligible for a lash fill, you must book within 24 days and have at least 50% of your extensions left.
If these 2 requirements are not satisfied, it would be charged as a full set or more fill price would be considered.
CAN I RESCHEDULE ?
Any reschedule or cancellation/ Reschedule, please let me know 48 hours before your appointment. If not, 50$ fee will be added as NO SHOW reason for your next appointment.
I do give you one time waive for rescheduling within 24 hours for any emergency reason.
DO YOU FILL OTHER LASH TECH'S WORK ?
Yes, I do but more fill price will be added. But it's subject to my check if it is qualified for a fill or new set price would be charged or need to remove your set and apply new set.
WILL YOU CLEANSE MY LASHES?
I would clean your lashes from oil and dirt only. I do require you to cleanse your lashes from make up built up by yourself. If I have to make deep clean for your lashes (make up built up from eye shadows, foundation, mascarra...), 15$ fee would be added.
CAN I HAVE REFUND FOR ANY REASON?
I DON"T provide REFUND for any reason. As it is my time and my products are used. Thank you for your understanding.
CAN I HAVE ALLERGY TO GLUE ?
Please note that glue allergy can happen to anyone , anytime even you have eyelash extension for years. Much to my regret, if you develop glue allergy ( allergic to acrylates - all lash glues have acrylates), it is the end of the road for eyelash extension.
SHOULD I WASH MY EYELASH EXTENSION?
100% yes! it is important to clean your lashes everyday by lash shampoo. It is not only good for your eye's health but also good for your retention.
WHAT WILL YOU DO WHEN I COME FOR A FILL ?
First I remove the growing lashes. Then checking the bonds. Final step is to fill in the gaps.
WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE POLICY?
48 hours free fix.
I do not give refunds on any services rendered. Due to the nature of the service, please notify me within 48 hours of service date with an problem and/or concerns regarding your service. I will correct the problem within that time frame, as refunds will not be given. If you arrive to your appointment with eye makeup so you will not qualify for the 48 hours guarantee.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IF THIS IS MY 1ST TIME HAVING EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
Please let me know in advance if this is your first time getting eyelash extensions. I will send you more information. During the appointment, remember to always close your eyes, It's much better if you could relax and take a nap.
Burning feelings sometimes can happen if your eyes do not close tightly which result to a bit red eyes. If your eyes get very itchy, super red, swollen, painful then it’s likely that you have allergy to lash glue. You should see your doctor immediately to get some allergy medicine or suitable treatments.
IS YOUR PLACE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE?
I am a home based salon. I believe you will have the most relaxing moment ever with me. My place is always clean and hygiene. I always try my best to bring you a charming set together with relaxing moment.
HOW OFTEN FOR A FILL?
It is recommended to fill every 2-3 weeks to maintain a healthy lashes and full look.
